3. Client Responsibilities

To complete your project efficiently, you agree to provide accurate information and any required materials, including business details, logos, images, text, account access, approvals and feedback within a reasonable timeframe.

Delays in providing information or approvals may result in changes to the project timeline.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights or permissions to use any content, images or materials supplied to Patio Digital Co.

4. Third-Party Services and External Costs

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following costs are the responsibility of the client and are paid directly to the relevant provider:

Monthly services are generally invoiced in advance.

Patio Digital Co. retains ownership of its internal templates, frameworks, systems, reusable components, workflows and proprietary methods used to deliver our services.

11. Portfolio

Unless you request otherwise in writing, Patio Digital Co. may display completed work in our portfolio, proposals, website or marketing materials for promotional purposes.

Confidential or commercially sensitive information will never be published without permission.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected during enquiries, projects or through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patio Digital Co. is not liable for losses resulting from third-party platforms, software providers, hosting companies, advertising platforms or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
